The Standard Funeral Consultation includes a face to face consultation if in southeast Michigan or a consultation over the telephone. The consultation will take as much time as is necessary to answer all questions and share all information needed to inform and empower the family to make all decisions regarding the pre-planning of a funeral or a funeral at the time of need. The Pre-Planning Funeral Guide and other worksheets are filled out and left with the family. These are mailed to the family if out of the southeast Michigan area. The Funeral Helps and Tips booklet is also given to the family.
We will also be available for unlimited phone calls throughout the funeral process in order to answer any questions that may arise.
